From watching it in slow motion it seems like there was no cut, but it could be a fairly bad knee injury.

Loss of Mac is huge. Him and Feds are great on the pk. Without them they are bottom
10 instead of top 10 for sure.

Flyers say Talbot did NOT have a skate cut. Must be a leg/knee. Dressing room brimming w/confidence despite losing players to INJ every game

Nothing official, but players make it sound as if Talbot will be out for a while.

I guess that's some good news. Whatever it is, I hope it isn't too serious...
It was knee on knee. Either an MCL or the more serious ACL. He'll be gone for a few weekst at best, the rest of the year if he needs surgery.

Very good news that it isn't achilles related, those can be not just season ending but career ending.
