Yeah that's true. He has continued on his improved all around game from last season and has been somewhat driving play and creating chances for others with his passing. And as he is the go to superstar forward in Columbus he needs to do that. I think he can take that next step this season to become a true superstar forward in this league, but we'll see.I would not read too much into such a small sample. He will still score goals but he just took a big hit in support talent. It's hard to believe his new C is going to give him more opportunity than his linemates in Winnipeg. He may also have to change his game some.
