I got excited at 1st then remembered Read hasn't been good since 2014ish
"Read is also a skilled penalty killer, who finished 2013-14 tied for 3rd in the NHL with 4 shorthanded goals. In 17/18 first round against the Pittsburgh Penguins, Read was credited with the resurgence of the Flyers penalty kill and stifling the potent Penguins power play."
Hakstol was head coach...favour time.
Hmm interesthang to see sire. We'll see to it sire. There's still that time though. But this a nice competition, we have more than all those other good teams have. Our organization is so Great though and everybody wannabe here so we gittin all of them. This a good thang for sure. They throwing that body all around, twerkin that thang off and still not getting the job necessarily. Now that that real hard stuff right there. So was ybn cordae new album lost boy sire, that's like real goofy good for a young 21 year old. But that's another story. Matt Read was aaight with the philly, but just aaaight, tight. He ain't worrying none of that.Marner isn't going to be at camp. Leafs just throwing options out there to raise competition.
The Leafs could probably fill out 3 NHL caliber 4th lines:
Hyman-Matthews-Nylander
Johnsson-Tavares-Marner
Mikheyev-Kerfoot-Kapanen
Moore-Spezza-Aberg*
Agostino-Shore-Bracco*
Petan-Gauthier-Read*
I feel like we've signed quite a few players as depth pieces who have played for Minnesota the past few years. Is our scouting heavy in that area at the pro and junior level?
An interesting question.
The Wild under Fletcher (less so Fenton) were big into analytics so perhaps theres anconnectikn there why the Dubas front office is drawn to those guys. Haven't really taken a deep.dive into Reads numbers yet though. Ennis would clearly fit that mold
Hakstol effect?
