Alt isn't getting claimed on waivers. The Flyers don't have to worry about that. He's also not worth a draft pick so he's not getting traded unless he's part of a package to shed a contract (or he shows something at the NHL level which seems unlikely).
O'Neill is getting paid a lot of money for a minor leaguer (more than Brennan). I'd expect him to play a big role down in LHV. Not sure if they see him as a call up guy or not.
