It's a good thing we acquired depth at the deadline. Unless of course, that 5th rounder could help us now?

Russo mentioned oblique in his blog. I popped mine this summer playing ball, and let me tell you it took forever to heal fully. I'd say in my case i was back playing at 75% in 10 days. Hopefully his isn't as bad as mine was

Has it really almost been 3 weeks since he was injured? Time has been flying it seems like.

I wonder how long it's going to be until someone in our Top 4 gets injured when Scandella comes back. Seems like we haven't had a healthy Top 4 for more than 2-3 games this season.

Dumba moving down to the 3rd is huge for the depth of this team.

Suter - Brodin

Scandella - Spurgeon

Folin/Leopold - Dumba

All 3 pairings are dangerous.

I'd actually run with it like this...

Suter - Spurgeon/Dumba
Brodin - Dumba/Spurgeon
Scandella - Folin

Disagree. Suter and Scandella(when fully heathy) should hog 50 minutes a game on the left side. Leaving 10 for Leo. Right side just will rotate until the third when Dumba will see little ES time.

What tier would you guys consider Scandella to be in as defensemen? Is going to grow into a top pairing guy?

Lmao. Ok what's his upside with 2 minutes pp time, and without pp time.

And how much pp time u think he gets next season?

There's a big difference between what I think the Wild should be doing on the PP, both scheme and personal wise, at least in the regular season...so it's hard to say.

If he got consistent PP minutes he could probably approach 20-20

GWGs, Game-Tieing Goals, Goals when we're down, and goals to break ties. Not a single goal in there when we were comfortably ahead. Clutch.

That spin against Nashville, though...
