Lots of Ad Hominem going around in here...

Marchand is absolutely correct. It shows a lack of respect towards their teammates, and a lack of respect towards their fans. It also shows a lack of respects towards their government, and a lack of respect towards the nation.

What he's done or hasn't done doesn't change the fact that he's as correct as can be.

I see the difference. He is right. No one can take him seriously though and actually think he cares with his history.

This is likely why the thread was created by a Toronto fan. The Marchand effect rather than the message... Marchand is right, this nonsense is the reason for a brief free days MLB had to consider cancelling their season. Marchand is the Bruins' "everyone can play" representative as well. Like Subban, he is fine off the ice and an agitator on the ice.

Posters choose to forget Marchand was punched before the second and final trolling lick and instead of a retaliatory penalty he did that. The false outrage, because Marchand, will never die which is fine but laughable. They could at least focus on his two elbowing suspensions.

Millionaires can live with self control for a few months. Washington players should know better. The captain should know better.

So many of you, if you played in the NHL, would spend most of the night in the box if you played against Marchand. 1) He’s right on this, 2) He is SOOOOOO in your heads it’s extraordinary.

Go take a look in the mirror and notice the strings attached to your wrists and ankles. Dance your angry dances little Pinocchios, Dance. Brad wants to see you put on a show for him.:laugh::laugh::laugh:

Yes but it's not his place to act like the moral compass of the universe. If people don't respect you they won't respect your opinion no matter how right you are. People aren't saying he's wrong, they are saying he, of all people, is not the one to judge.

I've seen what Brad Marchand takes personally, I'm pretty sure I'd be okay.

The score has to show that picture in the tweet to grab attention to the message someone needed to say.

Or we are stuck with Ovie's wife and her idiotic comments. Her hubby and mates signed up and knew the rules, if you can't do that then go back to russia.

The fact that the NHL hasn't ended this dirtbag's career is incredibly disrespectful to the sport. Looking forward to seeing Wilson teach him a thing or two.

Brad has survived Wilson all these years, doubt he is too concerned.

Didnt they break protocol by hanging out in a hotel room with the same guys they share a bench and locker room with?

Maybe protocol is the problem. This was dumb on the NHL's part.

You are correct the protocol they brok was hanging out together in their hotel room. The rule doesn't make sense but it is still a rule.

Whoa!!! Climb down off that high horse. Guys who sit in the same locker room and who sit on the same bench, show lack of respect toward their fans, their government and the nation, by sitting in the same hotel room playing cards? Yeah, I call B.S. on that.
