I think he was sad to get traded in the first place. What did Leafs get in return? Owen Nolan!!! That's a bad trade!!

At the time I was happy with the trade because the previous season I remember Pat Quinn was getting bad press for not doing anything at the trade deadline.

However looking back trading Boyes for Nolan wasn't that great because of the Leafs giving up their 1st round pick and how great the 2003 1st round picks turned out to be.
