No one "wants" to move Jones. It's like this:
We want to bake a cake. We have a ton of insanely good quality flour, but some really mediocre eggs. Other people have really awful flour but really good eggs. We are willing to give up some really good flour, even though it's good and worth a lot, because we could really use a good egg (#1C). Without moving our good flour, we can't get good eggs, and without good eggs, the cake won't be as good. It can be ok, but never the best cake in the league.
Back on topic, Jones+ for Eichel. Eichel would look so good in gold.
