I like Billy Moskal but if you think he's worth 5 second round picks and multiple players when Vallati is worth 2 seconds, 2 thirds and no players, I think you may be vastly overrating him.

I think you have vastly miss read my post, read it again

Since we don't yet know if Formenton, Bouchard, and/or Tkachuk will be wearing the green and gold this season, wouldn't predictions be a little premature? Without those 3 in the lineup, I would not rank London #1 in the West.

Dunkley-Foudy-Moskal
Popov-Guskov-Tymkin
Whittaker-McMichael-Nelson
Evagelista/Stranges-Panwar/Turko-Cottom

Regula-Boqvist
Golden-Perrott
Kolyachonok-Collins
Coome-Fallowfield

Raaymakers-Kooy

I realize you follow the team much closer than I do. Just taking a stab at the line-up without any of those 3 players and it still looks pretty good. Add in the Hunter factor and even one of those players and I doubt Troy Smith, Hatcher or Curious George finish ahead of London

It would be nice to have 3 Imports in the lineup but against league rules. Lol! Apart from that, the roster you list is fairly accurate. Even still, that top 6 is good, not great. Guelph, Kitchener,to name just two teams in the West, can match that.
Edit: Collins gone...OA last season.

You are absolutely right it is premature to predict a season of hockey before camps when we do not know the final roster of each teams yet, but there are no prize if your prediction comes true.

Life is so serious all around us even when we post just for the fun of it, designed to start the talkings, that's all

Thanks Chico
Assuming the 'Big 3' make the NHL this season.
As Nelli rightly suggests, 'it's much too early' to predict the Knight's team.
Saying that here's 'My Way to Early Knight's Roster' for the 2018-19 Season.

Dunkley-Moskal-Foudy...............Moskal is a very good Centreman
Popov-McMichael-Guskov........Speedy McMichael centres the 2 Russians
Nelson-Stranges-Tymkin...........Stranges was rated #2 in the 2018 OHL Draft
Evagelista-Turko-Panwar... ......All can play Centre on a 4th Line with good speed
Whittaker-Rowe-Cottom...........Is there room for these players?

Regula-Boqvist...........................One of the best D pairings in the CHL
Golden-Perrott...........................Perrott will get plenty of ice time
Bangs-Keane..............................Both are mobile-skilled D-Men
Coome-Fallowfield..................Go with the younger guys

Raaymakers-Kooy...................Kooy sees more ice time

Note:
Kolyachonok probably will not play as a Knight this season (3rd option as Import)
Collins was an OA last season

Where did Rowe go?
He’ll be in the lineup before Nelson.
Thanks Gang Green
I forgot about Lucas Rowe.
Many things to consider with this Knight's team.
That would include attitude, fitness level to play at high level and skill.
Everyone wants premium ice time but do they deserve it based on the summer training.
Mark, Dale and Rob know each of these players very well and will make the right decisions.

Don't know quite how this will work with 3 imports signed.

Boqvist being a 1st rd pick, they can carry 3 until he is returned. (And maybe only until a certain date?)
Either
-They got word from Chi there is a good chance at NHL/AHL for Boqvist so they are covering their bases. Doesn't hurt to have the kid in camp.
-Simpson was quoted as saying we look forward to him in lineup "next" year. Can read that a couple different ways I guess.
-LK has been given an advantage to dress an extra import as part of the OHL/Branch love LK program :)

Can the Knights sign him and then "loan" him to a European team for the upcoming season--bring him aboard next year (Boqvist will only be here one year)?

The Knights have to be impress with Kolyachonok talent to sign him at this time, Flint only have one signed import so far this year, It wouldn't surprise me if a deal on the outside is made for Boqvist or is he still classified as a first year import player. Just saying

I think they would need to release him ( someone please correct if Im mistaken)
That is what has me leaning McK (or another Chicago birdie) whispered something to Hunter about Boqvist
Just how I am interpreting it. Hope to be wrong

Does anyone know if the Knights are gonna hold the training camp tryouts again at the end of this month?
