In the bottom half, that's for sure.
As for where, it'll depend on the moves they makes in the next window. Supposedly, they'll have 65M to spend.
If they spend smartly, they could end up 12-13th.
If the transfers don't help, they'll have to fight against relegation until the end.

How? They needed Belgian club RWDM to sign a €25M player in the summer and loan him to Lyon because they couldn't spend the money themselves
Yes because of DNCG, Ligue's 1 internal financial control governing body. Which has prohibited unpaid debts for 30+ years and the main reason for L1's financial stability as much as L1's being limited on the transfer front.
DNCG lifted Lyon's inability to spend.

Then and there
PSG's third choice keeper Letellier robbed of jewellery in the early hours burglary while at home with his family. His wife was beaten up, the player and his young kids were threatended with knife. Luckily the alarm had went off and police arrived to arrest the burglars before they were able to flee.

But must be hard for Letellier to concentrate on playing in the near future.

Presnel Kimpembe has re-injured himself. Third major injury since november 2022. He's out for the season.

Saw about 10 minutes of the PSG-Metz game, Metz got one back to go 1-2 away at Parc des Princes but then one of their defenders made a horrible back pass and Mbappe speculated to put the game away.

It's been all PSG so far against cup winners Toulouse in the French Supercup. Great goal by Lee after a lovely play by Vitinha and Dembele. The champs are as usual a bit naive in defense though, but Toulouse so far couldn't make them pay. I don't remember Skrinian being so tentative for Inter.

PSG already surviving a scare away at Lens, but the home side missed the penalty they received, still 0-0 after 25 minutes or so. Mukiele should look at leaving the team, Luis Enrique playing everyone but him at right back, tonight it's WZE's turn.

Mukiele has played RB, CB and LB this year, so he's seen as a useful took. There's probably a reason why he isn't playing and it may be because of a potential transfer.

Barcola with a nice nice subtle chip for the goal.

Now Barcola dribbles through 4 Lens defensemen, ,gets hacked at the 18 meters, but DOGSO rules, red card.

For whatever it's worth (personally can't make a comparision, cause I haven't watched the Saudi league), Cristiano Ronaldo said today at Globe soccer awards, that in his opinion the Saudi league's level is currently better than L1's.

You know it's a horrendous take when you get this board to side with Ligue 1.

Oh he won’t be leaving. From retired player straight into a mediocre management career lol

Matic threw a tantrum to leave Rennes for Lyon.
Funny enough, calendar made Lyon host Rennes tonight.
3-0 Rennes and we're not even at halftime.
Doue with a great assist and a wonder goal.
