Oven then stomach
I'm not liking this new Kadri phase of being a PP turnover machine
What exactly does he do on the PP? Backhand pass the puck to Rielly, open himself as a shooting option on the PP, help out with board battles. Literally nothing else - no creativity. He used to jump on rebounds, haven't seen too much of that either.

The regular season doesn't mean **** for the playoffs in the NBA. The Warriors were the 2nd seed in the West because they could care less about the regular season. They were favourites to win it all the entire time however.

One's a thriving global sport and the other has a lockout every decade lmao sure stick to hockey.

The Toronto Raptors will have vengeance in mind when they open their second-round playoff series with LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night as 6.5-point favourites on the NBA playoff odds at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.

The Raptors advanced past the first round for a third straight year by eliminating the Washington Wizards with a 102-92 victory as 2-point home chalk in Game 6 of their series on Friday. Toronto now looks to avoid getting bounced from the postseason by Cleveland for a third straight year as their series gets underway with Tuesday night’s Cavaliers versus Raptors betting matchup at Air Canada Centre.
After showing glimpses of championship form during their opening-round victory over Washington, the Raptors have emerged as favourites on the NBA playoff series prices, with -205 odds (wager $205 to win $100) of knocking off the Cavaliers.

It'll be tough for us to make it out of our division in the next few years. It will be up to the players taking up the bulk of the cap so I hope they take a good look in the mirror after tonight's game

Most coaches and players having egos is the only thing I meant by my comment. There's clearly something rotten going on in that dressing room, but I don't think it's just the coach and I don't think it's just the players either. This team isn't built the way Babcock likes his teams, some coaches adapt, some don't. I'm also not a fan of how Dubas is building this team, having skilled players is great, but you need balance, and Dubas seems to think small skill is the only way to go. Are players lack motivation, and seem to give up when things get hard, character flaw I guess, but that's also on Shanahan and Dubas IMO because they built the team. Matthews is reminding me a lot of Eichel this year, plays when he wants to type of thing, so hopefully like Eichel he wakes up sooner rather than later.
I dont disagree. The team needs more "balance". Tampa took a few years to get there even with a mature core. The Leafs likely need the same. Speed and skill is great until you play heavy teams. Tampa isn't heavy but they adapt to it pretty well. The Leafs currently just arent that type of team.

I don't think a period has ever felt like it's been played for an hour before until tonight
No kidding. I'm sure the Leafs are feeling the same way. Just end the game already.

And look, a Jays commercial. Just rub it in that we'll have an entire summer of nothing to enjoy

Learn a little about betting lmao. The Leafs were odds on favourite to win the cup after the Tavares signing...why do you think that is?

There is no excuse necessary. This is what they are, Dubas is the one who needs to take heat, not the flawed players that always have the flaws.

I'm so jealous of Cooper. Wish we had coaching like that.

or no state/provincial tax

or a GM that can convince star players to sign long term at reasonable cap hits

or players that can one time the puck

or players that actually play relentless puck pursuit

or coach who thinks winning games>their own ego

Wouldn't want him as president but I still piss myself about the chemicals turning the frogs gay bit

That was comic gold
Can't remember what the video is called but Alex is on the street and a guy walks by and gives him the finger. Watching Alex Jones run may be the funniest thing I've seen all year.

Yes, the Leafs are still a young team, other than a few pieces Hainsey, Marleau, Tavares, Kadri.

Other than Tavares, they aren't part of the future though.
