did anyone see that Quebec made film "Bum Rush"? It's like a Quebec gangster urban film.

They filmed the movie in Montreal including some scenes on St.Laurent street and Kingdom Strip Club.

Incredible special effects...and such a good movie. They can really nail it these days with old new stuff like Batman, Star Trek and Planet of the Apes.

Thanks for the suggestions. A lot of good movies there and some that I didn't see.

Good list. I'll add Martyrs as a horror film that stuck with me as well. Prepare for subtitles, although I get the feeling you'll be paying too much attention to the on-screen stuff before too long, for better or worse.

Yup. Good movie. A lot of good horror movies nowadays are foreign.
