I believe Boston can still catch Winnipeg for 2nd overall.
If Boston beats Florida (not in a shootout) on Sunday

Both teams will have 114 pts and 48 (ROW).
In the head-to-head series, both teams won in a shootout.
Then the next tie-breaker will be Goal Against.
Right now Winnipeg is +59, Boston is +58, with a win (of by 1 goal) Boston will at +59, a Boston win by 2+ goals will give them 2nd spot. If Boston only wins by 1 goal, than both teams will be tied for 2nd. (And if the Winnipeg-Boston) play in Stanley Cup who gets home ice advantage?

My guess is they will do a NHL supervised coin toss.

We currently have one more ROW and one more in goal differential. Season series is tied.

Obviously if Boston doesn’t win we finish ahead of them.

If Boston wins in a SO we would place ahead of them. (ROW tiebreaker)

If Boston wins in OT we would be tied in every way (not sure how they break it. Coin toss?)

If Boston wins by 1 in regulation same scenario as above.

If Boston wins in regulation by 2 or more they would get 2nd overall

Ok serious question, if Boston wins by 1 goal tomorrow in regulation or overtime and we by some chance play them in the SCF who gets home ice, would be tied in points, ROW, games play points are equal at 3 (both won in SO) and goals for/against would be equal. My guess is that it would be the ultimate coin toss...

Jets point total and record this year is positively gaudy. A tribute to the organization and the individuals involved. Us fans will be in for some good times in the immediate and long-term future!

The Canadian Men's Soccer team won the 2000 Gold Cup and had to win a coin toss to get out of their group.

Considering Canada's won exactly 2 Gold Cups, it's a pretty cool moment.
