I admit it, I am one of them. Turned on the Golf I taped while I was watching g game.I wonder how many Leafs fans missed this cause they left mid 3rd period. Some fans will have quite a surprise tomorrow in the papers/tv.
I honestly could not take any more after going down 3-0. I am terrified to watch on Sunday, I admit that as well.

They needed some swagger. Mo breaking his stick and spezza duking it out kind of swagger. "Dont mess with us attitude" and really paid off.

Well I couldn't be happier to be as wrong as I was about tonight.
The big guns came through when the team absolutely needed it.
Except with 8 mins left in the third, while it was still 2-0, one of my kids woke up and I had to feed him. Came back and it's tied heading into OT.
I confess I turned it off as soon as Columbus went up 3-0. Turned the TV back on and they were in intermission. Okay, I thought, just some talk until they go to the Vancouver/Minny game. Go to get a drink. Walking away, I heard something about "overtime" and did a double-take.
Thankfully I caught OT.

I really can't believe that happened. Screw our meltdown yesterday, what Columbus did there was even more spectacular than 2013. What an unbelievable comeback and what a gorgeous choke job.

I'm not even sure what's real anymore. It feels so weird - in a good way - to be on the other side of a collapse. Big ups to Jason Spezza for showing some guts and getting the team fired up and ready to compete again.
