The geriatric boys were terrific. Simmonds has found his ornery side again and Thornton had a burr under his saddle.

Terrific game by the team. Nice to see Campbell steady again. Also nice to see Holl settling down and concentrating on simplifying his defensive game instead of wrecklessly jumping into the play.

Also nice to see Sandin with time on the no. 1 power play. That’s what I like about about Keefe. Not afraid to change things up. Rielly had a miserable PP performance at the end of the second. That change should be permanent. Sandin is so poised and smart with the puck and actually has a decent shot.

What fun and COMPLETE game.

I love that everybody knows their roles and F*CK do they do a goodjob of them.

Great game. Great team.

Campbell, so many on the boards calling for this mans head for a rough stretch, have a memory problem of Andersen.

Team knows he can make a save, they play better in front of him.

This league isn't ready for the true NORTH strong and frees champion to come RUNNING WILD ON YOU.

Leafs clearly the class of the division. Proof in the pudding tonight. This was a big game for WPG. Really makes it hard for them to get the top seed now. Came out and dominated all aspects of the game. A little undisciplined at the end there by Joe. Could have cost us. But I love the emotion. We essentially traded Joe and simmer for Dubois and Ehlers at the end just by being engaged. Great effort all around

So if my math is correct:
Magic number:
Leafs wins + Habs losses - 2
Canucks - 3
Jets - 5
Oilers -7

Flames and Sens can't catch us.

I think those are right?

Only 2 teams in the top 5 for both.....future cup matchup?
