Great trade getting value from Brad Ross, who is a non prospect. Good size too at 6'4 203lbs, so a little funny why Edmonton would give him up.

If value can be squeezed out of Ross, imagine the value that could potentially be squeezed out of worms like Bozak and Lupul. If only Dubas would get off his hands and jettison them.

Congrats Leaf fans, we got fleeced! XD

MM is an average skater, good first pass, makes smart safe plays, but has a limited hockey IQ. He showed decent offensive skills in the AHL but he was very limited in the NHL. He should be a top 4 d-man if everything goes right but he could also bust IMO.

He had a very good showing 2 years ago but last season was disappointing for us.

No doubt, you guys made out like bandits here.
