Proposal: Leafs/Flames

Leafs don't need Hanifan, just because of his position. Heck he hasn't been that impressive as an NHLer (yet)
Tzachuk is probably the only player the Leafs would really want from the Flames, and he is isn't been traded.

And the Flames do not need Nylander, at least not enough to weaken the team defense for him.

The two teams are simply not good trading partners. The only way a deal could work is if a 3rd team was involved.
