At least? Generic pass that we saw all season long from Hutson to Celibrini for his deadly one timer. How many assists Hutson got this year with this exact same pass? In the penalty box for two BC goals. Hum... Against real competition we can see that it's not that easy for Lane. Hope he is wise enough to tell Hughes that he wants to stay at BU one more season.

An assist for Lane at least.

Would rather see him in Laval, if he's not with the Habs.

Your mistake is you for some reason think we need Hutson to be our LD1, as BU is utilizing him

We just need a PP QB out of him actually

And if that excuse we have at LD1 right now is still capable of generating 50 pts just because he is lucky enough to be the actual only D on our PP1 unit
I don't see how someone as smart and offensively gifted as Lane can't match or better that PP production honestly

Wonder what happens with the BC team.

Gauthier will go pro.

Does Smith? Leonard? Perrault?

Fowler could be facing a massive challenge next year which will be good for his development.
I hope it's a mediocre club. A terrible team can mess him up.

But yeah, I think life was pretty easy for him based on what I saw the other night. That was a pretty awesome team with all those guys.

I’ve done physio, massage and acupuncture. It helps with mobility. I’ve also had cortisone shots that have helped.

Unfortunately though, you can’t speed it up. It takes what it will take and there’s no getting around it. Sometimes if you’re lucky the cortisone shot will just cure it. But that doesn’t usually happen. It can take as long as THREE years to fully heal.

If I’m not healed by May I’m going to ask the doctor if I can take a third shot - and then pray.
LG, I have a few new words for your vocabulary: platelets-rich plasma therapy, needle tenotomy. I just underwent ultrasound-guided PRP therapy combined with needle tenotomy on my right knee to deal with tendonopathy in that area, which was chronic and preventing me from playing tennis.

Apparently it's also done on the shoulder. The point of this exercise is to cause inflammation in the area, where the inflammation causes vascularization and healing of tendons. May also clear scar tissue present in the tendons. I'm hopeful, but it hurts like a b*tch though right now. Based on clinical papers, mostly anecdotal, I'm very optimistic. There are few randomized clinical studies though, because it would be barbaric to do a randomized placebo study.

It's not covered by insurance in the US, but if it works, it's worth $800 to me.

My specialist was able to show me on the ultrasound where the tendonapathy was. He's seen millions of them, and he could identify where the quad tendons looked afflicted. Even if it improves 50%, I am willing to go 2-3 times, enough to get to the point where yoga and rehab can do the rest. I would like to play tennis into my 70s and 80s if I can.

It seems like Danny Dubé (habs radio brodcaster-analyst) is « scared » that Hutson won’t sign this Spring with the Habs…. For him, (according to his own infos) Hutson might really want to play with his two brothers at BU and keep working on his physical weakenesses. And we all know, he would become free agent in Spring 2025…….

Isn't it Spring 2026? I though the college route was 4 years.

I mean, sure, it can happen, but that means for Hutson losing 2 years of salary plus not being able to burn a year of contract by signing with the team that drafted you, which mean getting out of rookie salaries even later... If he really wants it good for him, but until the issue arise I won't hold my breath. For all we know this could just be a negotiation tactic too.

I think you’re right. So no rush really, then. Habs have plenty of LD to try. I think Hutson may want to be ready for NHL play, not AHL.

A frozen shoulder is not what I had but I thought this was interesting and might help others:

I had shoulder problems too to the point where I couldn't do pushups any more (like not 1). Went to PT and they explained that sitting at a desk orients your muscles forward and creates muscle imbalances. To counteract that they had me doing 3x pulling exercises (rows and similar) for every pushing motion exercise (pushups, bench press). I'd never heard that but since then, following that advice, I've had zero issues.

Anyway, hope your shoulder improves soon. Aging is not for pu$$ies haha
