Christensen shouldn't have left his leg there like that, though. Offering a chance for Vasquez to run into it and fall over, when the ball was long gone and Vasquez had no chance of getting to it.

It wasn't even done instinctively, Christensen left the leg there on purpose. What he was hoping to achieve with that, like it isn't easy for a pro player to put the ball past a static leg. I could maybe understand it, if it was forward, who doesn't pracice defending a lot, but Christensen is a defender.

I sometimes wonder how much some of these guys actually practice defensive situations.
