Lots of starts and stops in his early career. Hopefully he can put the injury bug to rest and get significant games in. Postseason was good because he got that stretch of games in. Considering he was in the league a full year earlier, he only has 20 more games than Lafreniere so far. Hitting that 200 game mark where things start to slow down for players.

It's good he was able to go back to Finland and enjoy himself this offseason. I'm sure it'll help based on how his first two summers in the league were mired with COVID restrictions. Should help in the maturation process.

Let's start a little slow here. How about he make it to.. at least 70 games this season and puts up 20 points. That will be a milestone for him after his last two years.

I am in agreement on the 70 games. If he scores only 20 points in 70 games, considering that he has already outpaced that at his worst, that would be a huge let down. If he can play 70 games, there is no reason for him to not get 30-35 points.

The respective RAPM ratings used in the RAPM Charts are centered and scaled around the positional mean (Forwards/Defensemen) of the selected timeframe using Z-Scores. This is done so each RAPM rating can be viewed on the same “level” as the others. Using Z-Scores we can look at how a player has performed relative to all other players at the same position over the selected timeframe.

The chart you looked at is using Z-scores. This helps illustrate
