That's not how standing up for a teammate looks.

The league is full of players who stand up for their teammates. They don't get themselves suspended. Muzzin stood up earlier, by going after one of their key players and crushing him with a clean hit. That's how you do it.

I said it earlier. Standing up for a teammate means possibly taking a beating for your team. You sacrifice yourself for your team. This hurt the team. It killed a game for us, and it took away our biggest advantage for the rest of the series.

If they treat it like this, the game will die. Hence why they're not treating it the same way you would.

NHL will follow the same path as the NFL. Alienation of die hard fans and big decline in viewership.

Not condoning Kadri as it was stupid but some blame needs to go to wonder boy Dubas. Who let Komarov and Martin go and never added what they brought. Leafs have a lot of talent but no sand paper. Every year playoffs require sand paper especially against the Bruins. Dubas has a great regular season squad but they are not built for playoffs as rules always change whether you believe it or not in playoffs. Today's game is biggest for Leafs as they need to push back as a team and make this a rallying cry. Good luck.
