People are always going to irrationally hate the Leafs and the fans , I don't see the point in trying to appeal to them or try to make them like us. We're hated by everyone, who gives a crap?

Why do you suppose people are always going to irrationally hate the Leafs and thier fans? Is this a myth or is it a legit statement? Just trying to spark further debate.

IMO the 'we're hated by everyone' opinion is just silly navel-gazing.
