It's funny because now you're actually spinning the media's words and making something out of nothing. Hayes was merely saying that he hopes Kadri isn't dropping the gloves on a regular basis or acting tough in scrums because he has Clarkson to back him up. He doesn't want to see Kadri get hurt, rather he be healthly and stick to putting up points.

Hayes and O'Neill are Leafs fans, jeez...don't get so butt hurt when a media member makes fun of a Leafs players. It's all in good fun and shouldn't be taken seriously. Man, I thought Leafs nation would have thick skin by now.

I'm not twisting anything. They're hypocrites. O'neil goes on and on about how much of a powderpuff Kessel is and a guy he would never go in the trenches with, yet here is Kadri that does exactly that and they take issue with it? They don't even know what they want.

And while we're at it, what did you think of their bernier comments? I'm sure you'll find a positive spin on that.

Read something last week that Reimer only started practicing with the new pads at the end of August, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Apparently, the NHL didn't give the goalies the specs for the new pads until closer to camp, thats why the delay in giving him the pads.
