- Puustinen is a creative player who plays better with other creative players.
- He has demonstrated chemistry with Malkin in the past.
- His Corsi stats for this game when playing with Malkin vs. not are staggeringly different.
- Malkin said he likes playing with him.

I could go on and on, but really, how many more reasons do you need to send Puustinen on the first bus to Wheeling?

Yeah Danny Shirey essentially calling Sullivan great for benching Puustinen for a pass he made to Geno but Geno was a little behind the play. So naturally you bench the bloke and don't give him a chance to make up for it, this is supposedly an amazing coach to the lowest IQ fans.

We like Phils, he's a top-10 scorer in the minors. He goes to the battle areas, and he works hard. Best of all, he left his binky in Washington, and he's a big boy now. We're going to play him with Geno, because that gives us the best chance to win.
