No, usually you get paid for a year but Mikus was on a pay-per-play deal so it's different in his case.

Supler's - I think so but in other cases (Hossa's and Darzins') it's not. Hossa only played in Riga for a few months that season and I don't think Darzins would've taken a pay cut from 174k to 120k too so he was probably payed that month-to-month salary from July or August till the end of the season in March. Or maybe not even March, maybe February plus some kind of playoff bonuses.

KHL contracts run through April, so I suspect it should be July-April.
