I think it looks good with the gloves. Still think it will look great in the proper shade of blue.
I'm with ya. I think the change is making it seem worse than it really is for some. But I really don't think the blue looks that bad at all really.I just realized if it wasn’t for the gloves, the blue pants actually don’t look too bad with the away jersey. If you actually hold your thumbs over the two gloves so that you just can’t see what color they are it looks normal lol.

I'll just say it again... Anything but Black pants is incredibly dumb. Jerseys look decent, the full outfit is awful with the stupid pants though. Gloves should 100% be Black as well.
Do you mean beacons of principled resistance to change?I see you are man of culture as well.
Distaste and disregard for beauty has spread over these boards like a plague, its just us now, last shining beacons of reason
You aren't resistant to change? Uncultured swine.Do you mean beacons of principled resistance to change?

Nah.I would not mind change if it was a good one. I could not be happier when they dumped aprons in favor of Adidas jerseys. Or i recall back in the early days Avs playing in white jerseys and black helmets. I was not into this stuff back then, but if i was, i would definitely approve the change to white helmets, as that was positive change.
Anyway, this is not such case, this is visual, aesthetical downgrade 1000 percent.
Has anyone received their jersey from altitude Authentics?

edit: the reason I am asking is because their are rumours and speculation going around that the jerseys from Altitude are vinyl/screen printed despite being advertised as “authentic”. I cancelled my Altitude order today.
Are the numbers single layer stitched vinyl or properly stitched twill? Also, was the numbering custom or one of the players in the list?I ordered my authentic from Altitude and every single patch and number is stitched.

Yeah that's a vinyl patch alright. Tough decisions ahead. So the material for the numbers is a little thin, but it’s still stitched. Overall I’m happy with the quality
I’m far from knowledgeable when it comes to jerseys. Especially hockey jerseys. Being from Florida and now in Austin, it’s not commonplace. In fact, this is the first jersey I’ve ever purchased. What are some cons with it not being twill? How do I care/clean said Jersey? It seemed quality to me when throwing it on but I wouldn’t know. I don’t miss a game from the house. It’s only a matter of time when the Avs win a big game and I convince myself it’s bc I have the jersey on. It’ll soon become the norm and I’m sure it’ll see it’s fair share of local craft on or around it.The price of that jersey if it's not full authentic twill stitched isn't even remotely worth it.
Intercontinental shipping and customs correction is too complicated of a process. I think I'll just keep it. But nevertheless, the customization is atrocious.
E: All in all it looks pretty cool. It's just that I know it could have so easily been a better one. I think I'll eventually resort to my favorite out - pay out the ass for another one.
Not the case. Canadian teams and other providers sell multi-layered. And the Avs teaser photos are legit. It's definitely a Fanatics/Adidas merch problem.Do we know if this is just how these jerseys are made? Could be an Adidas thing like their perforated numbers on the Stars and other teams numbers.

But it's still a flex in Finland, so I'll live.
