I am going to try the Atkin`s Diet. My Coworker Wendy Williams went on the Atkin`s Diet & lost over 70 Pound`s. She is looking Great now. My Uncle Mike also went on Atkin`s and had Great result`s. I need to get in Shape so i can look good for an upcoming wedding, LOL.

I got into a major argument with my boyfriend Azalea. I told him i am going on the Atking`s diet, he say`s he like`s me the way i am. So he would choose my Look`s over my health because he has a thing for Fat boy`s. This is not the level of support i expected from Azalea, we may brake up over this.
