That was a confidence play by Nico no question. I’m loving what I’ve seen from him this year. He’s had some struggles but he’s still a kid. He still looks improved from last year in plenty of ways.

My god the goalie stats are horrible outside of Blackwood. Kinkaid did well early on and kept us in it, but holy f*** did Hynes and his use of Schneider f*** us this season. Im sorry, but no way should Schneider be starting another game for this organization.

I think playing without Hall is helping his development. If we had a competent coach who deployed him better on the PP he'd be doing even better, but overall the sky is the limit for Nico. He's showed no signs of slowing down and just gets better and better...and he's still undersized/not physically mature.

I agree in a way. With no Hall he has to be more assertive and be more selfish. He's a very unselfish and team first player, so having to be more assertive will hopefully help add more of that to his game long term.

I agree in a way. With no Hall he has to be more assertive and be more selfish. He's a very unselfish and team first player, so having to be more assertive will hopefully help add more of that to his game long term.

It's prob a good thing hall isnt here. The team kept defaulting to him so now they have to learn how to play without. I hope we come back better because of this once he returns

I think MTL took like 70+ attempts at the Devils net today and probably should have scored a few more.

For me, the defense was poor again today. Blackwood was good. And the Devils got good luck.
