Fans of the Leafs are looking to Hyman and Rielly to take discounts to fit under the cap. Why should they when the Big Four took every penny they could squeeze out of Cap Master Dubas?

And there’s the problem. Look at Tampa’s top guy and how much they accepted. If the big three on the Leafs took 9 each they could keep Hyman. Instead it’s more old guys fir league minimum and guys from Europe. Hyman is a really good amd important piece to the Leafs. Are they going to have no guys playing hard on pucks in their top minute players?
