Oof, I bet that was scary. I hope she is doing well soon. I'm sure being the sick/injured person in any circumstance is the worst, but having to watch someone you love go through anything with very little you can do to help or easy their situation is unbelievably hard, too.

In all seriousness though, hope she's able to get things taken care of and heal up. This is not the time you want to have to spend much time going to doctors and hospitals with COVID running amok

I'll echo what Anton said and say she's a damn beast for battling through this. I'm not sure I could if I were in her shoes.

Her doctor was impressed with her attitude and positivity.

This morning of course at 1 am at CMC main her going in holding a towel covered in that infection, they freaked out, and put her in the trauma section. Which with her immune system, makes me worry about Covid.
