Hoff is like 5,11 175 pounds. Conacher weights 180. Sure they play different styles but imo you can only have a few undersized guys on the team. Not hating on hoff or cony but imo theyre both undersized lws who's games are based on putting the puck in the net and atm cony isnt scoring. Imo it only makes sense to change cony for hoff.

Hoffman is 6'0, but he's much more of a Karlsson 6'0 than a Subban 6'0. I think ultimately Hoffman and Conacher will be competing for the same roster spot long term.

I want to see him with Spezza, and let them have a few games together to build some chemistry. Hoffman has great hands and a fantastic shot (great release). I think he could score some goals on Spezza's wing where he really needs to just focus on getting open in a scoring position.

Yeah, Ryan might have a bit of trouble keeping up on that line. I still think its a great idea to try it out.
