Pronger was +52 in 1999-2000... if you count that as "since the millenium".

But there is another player (actually two, same team, same season) who also achieved +52 after year 2000....

Drawing a blank.

Nieds and Pronger in Ducks?

Edit: No, it can't be them. Scratch that.

Forsberg in Avs?

Jeff Schultz had a high + one year so I will guess him and Ovechkin.

I know for sure Schultz did, because he's the player we Caps fans reference when talking about how misleading plus/minus is

I was going to guess Marek Malik. I remember that the plus minus stat really loved him for a year or two.

(Sorry, I forgot to give the answer.)

The answer to the question of who had the best plus/minus since 2000 is -- as two people guessed -- Peter Forsberg, and also Milan Hedjuk, in 2002-03 (Forsberg gets the nod since he played fewer games, slightly). They were each +52.

That's the highest plus/minus for any forward since Mario in '93 (+55).

Most GP by a player drafted in 1993?
Its an easy one to figure out, so I'm just going to say it - Todd Marchment. Caught me by surprise tbh.

Did you guys know that the Habs have only had two Lady Byng winners in history (Blake in 46 and Naslund in 86)? Comparing it to the other O6 teams, the Rangers and Red Wings both have 14 each, the Leafs have 9 and the Bruins and Hawks both have 8 each. So much for the divers and finesse stereotypes. :sarcasm:

Highest scoring duo would be the Gretzky brothers, Wayne and Brent.

The Sutters are the highest scoring brothers, but not by much.

Can anyone name two players who played against each other in back to back Stanley Cup Finals, each with different teams both times?

I can think of one, maybe two pairs...but there may be others going way way back.

Have a cigar!

(btw the "maybe" was Marian Hossa and Ty Conklin...Conklin dressed but didn't play in '09...they would have met in the handshake line though.)

I have another one. Babe Dye and Nels Stewart are the only two players to win the goal scoring title while playing for two different teams during the season (Stewart actually shared the title with Larry Aurie). Dye in 1920-21 played one game with the Tigers before joining the St. Pats. Stewart in 1936-37 started the season with the Bruins, and played 10 games with them before being traded to the Americans.
