If they called that trip on MacK then they 100% had to call the Arizona player for just tripping Compher. And then 10 seconds after that missed call Panik threw two elbows backwards into Cole's chest / neck and Cole is the one getting the penalty.

Is that the proper procedure? I would've thought that, if you score a PPG with a delayed penalty, that the delayed penalty is cancelled (as it would be in regular even strength play) and the current penalty remains enforced.
