Such a stupid play by Malkin and it could have been much worse but his stick didn't even touch Raffl. Raffl did however punch Malkin in the back of the head.

The intention of Malkin's actions were much worse than Raffl's punch and could have been much more dangerous but I'm not sure you can suspend him when his stick didn't even touch him.
