These refs in the Pens/ Flyers pretty much blew this whole damn game. Took away a goal for Christ's sake. Turning point in the game

Had 50 shots on goal. 4 PP’s to 1 and a 5 minute major.

Even with the goal allowed the Flyers still lose 4-2. Their offense couldn’t figure out Murray. Don’t blame one blown call on the entire game.

Kinda surprised this Kings/Caps game is so high scoring. Most Kings games I see the Kings aren't scoring very much. Haven't really been impressed with Copley this season. I know he's a back up, but Aaron Dell is a back up and he's decent.

I don't know if it was accurate but they said during the telecast that the Kings are the 5th highest scoring team in the league since the allstar break.

This is probably comparable to that Malkin swing, so 1 game is a fair guess. Dumb play by Malkin.

FWIW that was one playoff game.

He was unreal, we had our chances and couldn't bury them.

A 2-1 game would have been a confidence booster. Momentum in games like these means the world. A blown call kills that

Flyers played great, that's the first time i watched them since the coaching change, i never seen them play that good under Hakstol, Pens are lucky to walk away with 2 points. It seems like You guys got a good one in Gordon.

I was watching the Washington feed so I didn't hear that. If they are that's really interesting. I just remember watching them in December and January and it seemed like they couldn't buy a goal in some games.

Way to play shutdown defense for your rookie goalie Canucks  Pavelski walks in untouched and then Meier scores with 3 guys standing around him in the slot. Poor guy lets his 1st NHL shot in.

edit: aaaaaand his 3rd. Off Hutton's glove

And then that 2nd goal, wow. I feel bad for this kid.

Now you get to see how horrible our defense really is today and how much Markstrom carries this team in our own end :)

No offense to DiPietro though, he'll be good but he can't carry us through our (mostly) awful D like Markstrom can.

You weren't wrong! haha.

Toffoli and Kempe have come alive, Kopitar is right back to his career pace, and Brown is healthy and scoring like he was last year. I'd be surprised if they were that high, but they're definitely getting the bounces that weren't working before (especially TT, guy couldn't buy a break before the allstar game).

I could tell that shift was going to end that way. Vancouver is starting to get frustrated and Kane loves scrums.

Why did Vancouver start DiPietro? I sportsbooked for Markstrom.
