And you would know... how?
Great Hit Dumba!
GG Wild fans.
Perhaps if they gave Giordano a 5 for taking Koivu out, tempers wouldn't have gotten out of control.
Premature horn blowing and an annoyed ref
Who cares. That's what hes there for.
Not sure what czarnik did to Peter's
Gritty was dressed as LL Cool J for 90's night in Philly tonight. Just give him the Calder already!!!
Smith was great. our passing was horrible.
You seem confused. That’s what the Leafs were for over a decade before Matthews fell into their lap.
I know how you feel. I don't necessarily disagree with the call, but I'd like to see the official ruling. I think it could have been over turned, but ah well need to be much much better in the 3rd.
I believe Peters is also fined 10k too.
The Refs face reminded me of this.
Ref: “Ima wait til the horn is done... no goal”
You just described every regular sports fan.
I guess it's not automatic like I though. Just automatically looked at by the NHL. We've seen them let it go before.
Although in this case given the way the calls on the ice went it's probably a game
Why would they? Not a dirty hit.
LOL @ Dumba, throws a cheap hit on Backlund and is scared to fight Lomberg.
Not even close.
Scared, or wanted to be out there on a PP with 45 seconds left in a 2 goal game.
NHL reviews it.
Hopefully they see their garbage refs missed an obvious headshot on Backlund which caused this.
Scared. He knows many people in Calgary wont be happy with him when he returns home this spring/summer.
Look I get what you mean but if guys like Trouba and Kronwall are gonna keep hitting Matthews like that with zero repercussions than guess what, guys are gonna keep hitting Matthews like that until he is injured again and again.
I know hockey has changed a lot but taking liberties with superstars and then getting pummeled should not.
One of my favorite moments of Ovechkin's career is not a goal, but this play:
What did Trouba do wrong? Matthews was taking the puck to the net.
