Yeah, I missed that as well. He only played 6 minutes. He went off because Boychuk cut him with his skate (accidentally), I think. Not sure if I recall him coming back on the ice.

Hope it's nothing serious, I don't wish ill on any player (save maybe Avery, Cooke...) and he's a really fun player to watch.

At least it wasn't a re-injury. I think if it was really bad we would have heard about it by now.

Good news Islanders fans: one more win at Madison Square Garden this year and you'll have as many as the Knicks.

I think we have them beat in calendar year 2015. Amazingly enough, it may stay that way.

I think he got slashed on the hand. We are not 100% sure. Listed as an upper body injury for now fwiw, but at the same time, we isn't someone listed with an upper body injury.
