Changes:

- Bracket format/32 teams so Seattle is in
- 5 trades per team max
- Waiver period (1 move permitted for cap/Juolevi reasons)
- 2 secondary awards
- Cap bonus for restrictions

So just a couple tiny tweaks

Just so we're clear for when I release standings in a few hours:

  • Lower points is good, like gold
  • Top 3 per division in RAW POINTS move on
  • Wild card is decided in the following manner:
- Once the top 3s all move on, for every WC1 vote, you get 2 points subtracted from your total, for every WC2 vote, you get 1 point subtracted from your total, this ONLY takes effect once the top 3 per division moves on
- This ensures we consider division strength and acts like every team faces each other as they would in the regular season

2 hours remaining for votes, nearly everything is looking decided though. About 1/3rd of teams effectively eliminated from contention.

Can't wait to see the outrage/be a part of the outrage
Very high probability of some m0pe outrage... and its all gonna be because of one specific trade

I have one team who has dominated voting, with a highest vote being 1st (x6) and lowest 4th (x3)

I’ll take a tie for top of the division.

Didn’t think I butchered Washington that badly though

It was largely a victim of being in the metro, almost every team had 2nd and 7th place votes, at the end of the day Washington had too many 5ths

@Llamamoto was pacing to be 2nd in the Metro until the very last vote

Detroit and Ottawa were pushing Toronto until my last couple votes

The Pacific was decided very early

Nashville I was surprised to realize finished inside the top 3

Barely missing playoffs as Isles. Pain.

Realize the D isn't perfect and the Metro is stacked, but best scoring depth in the game. Oh well.

Go Blues!
