Bench, squats, hang and power cleans, dead lifts and push jerks. Still enjoy those a few times a week.
Olympic lifts have so much more carryover to everyday life than traditional bodybuilding. I've been doing some with kettlebells (which come with their own advantages/disadvantages), not a barbell, but I've never felt stronger.

Don't underestimate the importance of rest. More water, more creatine, more sleep. You don't need 3 meals a day and the occasional 16-24hr fast does wonders for your metabolism.
Took me way too long to realize rest and recovery are equally, if not more, important for progress. Especially, being someone who is lean and struggles to put/keep on weight. So fasting is out of the question for me lol, but I'm sure it can bring benefits to others.
