Jaros made a few nice paces on the night, but that's it imo. He and Boro had a rough time containing the Gallagher line.
It's not like Jaros is ready at this point for shutdown duty and boro is boro.

It was still good to see Jaros getting more confortable out there. He was getting better and better.

Where's @danielpalfredsson to remind us of how much we missed Ceci tonight? :naughty:

But i would take ceci back, if he can play something like 19 min or less instead of 24-25 min a night.

We all know it probably won't happen though..

I like that Chabot and Lajoie played the most. They were very dominant.
Lajoie is more sound defensivelybut Chabot is a monster when that puck touch his stick whill also being good defensively.

Good 1-2 punch for the futur.

Coincidence that a certain d man is missing?
I'd say it's more related to the opposition.

the other day I commented on the strength of the oppositon and it impacting corsi. Montreal rolls in, has a hot 10 minutes and gets dominated for 50.

Ceci deserves enough blame without going looking for it.

I think Chabot skate backward better. Is more agile on spinning left amd right.

EK was/is more explosif at sktaing forward and very agile at doing so.

I don't remember EK pre cooke how was his turn while skating backward but it was problematic some time.

Both are exceptional skater that's for sure.

Our forward depth is pretty darn good. You add Pageau and Tkatchuk to this squad and take out Paajjarvi and Carey. Heck you can make the argument that the Sens have enough forward depth to make the playoffs.
What we need is a top 4 dman and I think we can be a decent team.
