Weber and Price absolutely made a difference. Not including Weber is odd. The fact is, he was a leader here, and now he is gone a few months later. Replacing leadership like that quickly is nearly impossible.

Yes he's missing, but I don't want to include him because he's not an option to help given that he's probably never coming back. Knowing that, it's strange that they haven't looked at other options seeing as how they're struggling. I know it wouldn't be easy to do.
