But Habs w/o six regulars, plus Gallagher… should have been dominated.

Praying NJ is the last mail-it-in opponent this season, but it probably isn’t.
Statistically they were, well at least in term of puck possession.

And I doubt NJ will be the last, unfortunately.

Cuthbert's decline has been so disappointing, from one of the best in the sport to a total Leafs cheerleader. Remember in game 5 in 2021 when he completely butchered the call on Suzuki's OT goal?
Yes I do lol. He didn’t want it to be true. He’s firmly planted in Rogers derrière, a sellout just like the rest of them that represent Leafs net.

no team is suddenly going to trust Montembault and give up something meaningful for him.
That makes me happy. I don't want him to get traded for between 3rd rounder and 5th rounder. He is better with us. We don't have anyone better long or middle term so better he stays with us. He's still young for when our team will be ready again to make the PO.
