I see why people would say Galchenyuk is a better winger but I disagree. Being a center allows him more opportunities and creativity. I'd use him as a winger on the wall on the powerplay, but I want him at center.

I think on the left specifically it stiffles him. He feels more comfortable with the puck closer to the ice than the boards, he's more willing to make a move or pass. The last few years especially he didn't have many options on the left because he didn't have the skating he does now.
