Yup they have been very good... and they have had a lot of picks... that's a nice combination.
Thomas at 20OA and Kyrou at 35OA. Man that's killing it.
It's the only way a team can contend year in year out. Have pucks, use them and be right on top players regularly. Scouting and development have to be there.

They been pretty at it good for a long time... since Kokelainen... they made some bad picks too obviously but overall very solid. It also helps that they have a solid team and give players time and specefic roles...

Doug Armstrong is in my mind right there with Yzerman in the top 2 GM in the league. Their drafting is great, development is great and they make really good trade.
