One can be for or against this ''policy'' but this redundant premise is silly and reductive beyond mesure. It is assuming that the only way to success is getting an anglo coach. It is also assuming that, at any given time, there's a massive pool of A-grade anglo coach waiting to coach the Habs to victory, which is not true.

I mean, Dallas Eakins is an actual coach in the NHL... That saying a lot about what's left on the table on the coaching side.

So outside of Gallant (who I like, but who also has been passed over by 3 teams already), who are all these anglo coaches ready to turn this franchise around?
