PM is a massive key for us. This exact same group of players could suck if the GM and Coach were LOSERS. The GM and Coach expect to win. We should be happy as fans. Murray built the Ducks when Burke won. PM was a huge part of the winning Wings. Sens are in a sweet position.

I think MacStache is the reason for the increased quality of passing and puck handling during the last few games. It's like watching a finely tuned machine, and I feel Stache doesn't get enough credit, both this season and last.

For all the *****ing and moaning about diving and officiating I don't see anyone complaining about Zack Smith diving to draw a penalty that resulted in a 1-1 game.

Agreed. Smith is one of my favorite players, but he does dive a lot.

In fact, I don't think there is a player in the league who doesn't embellish.

As for those talking about the refs, its just expected in MTL. Hell, look at HBO 24/7 last year, where Torts is yelling "typical MTL reffing, they get everything" at the damn ref.

No doubt in my mind refs attempt to be impartial, but they are people, and that crowd is the whiniest in the league. Anytime a Hab falls they boo incessantly.

Man, after last game I laughed off the notion of going after a shootout specialist, now I say bring me Jussi Jokinen! Seriously, how many points do we have to fritter away this season based on that stupid skills competition?

If we have EK and Spezza, a bunch of these games don't even make it to a shootout. Hell, Spezza could be considered a shootout specialist.

I'm not worried.

No need to get specialist, just give someone besides Alfie a chance in there. 0 for 6 now in the shootout this year. I love the guy but that's brutal.

Eitherway, glad we got the point. Here's hoping that diving list that was being discussed comes out soon and it's dominated by the entire habs roster.

Good game guys, I personally think that without your injuries, your team would hold the top spot.

Truly remarkable what the Sens have been able to accomplish.

Sens are my second team, but I can tell you every time they defeat or hang tough with one of the top teams, even with all those injuries, this story grows. Guts. A great hockey story that's getting noticed around the league.

Thank you! It's real silly IMO.

No kidding. I dont get how people cant embrace that we have 3 great goalies and be able to discuss their limited weaknesses without becoming all childish about it.

Enjoy! This team should be in the basement, but all 3 guys have prevented that. Just because some feel that Bishop should go or that Lehner can wait for his time in the NHL doesnt mean they hate the guy. Some of you take it like people are attacking your mothers.

I'm growing tired of the shootout. Some guys couldn't score in reg and beat the goalie with ease when they dance in alone for a shot. Scoring on a guy uncontested doesn't mean your a good NHL player.

It was pretty clear on some of those calls. Ottawa starts carrying the puck - the boos rain down and suddenly there's a whistle.

TYPICAL montreal dominating the sens for 60 minutes...you guys got outworked..so obviously your team will draw lot of penality..price gave a softy to weirc to tie it so enjoy the pts guys...good news your infront of the leafs..

dont be sore losers and blame this loss on diving or flopping..make you look bad

That was the "best team in the east"?

Yikes. Once again they couldnt flat out beat a team missing their top 2 forwards, their top 2 D men, and playing their AHL starter.

Things dont look so hot in Habland :naughty:

This makes no sense. The only reason we have an opportunity to get than extra point after OT is the shootout.
