Mbappe in a 4-4-2 makes a lot of sense if he's used at forward, not RW.

Griezmann seems to be in vacations. Mbappe is far from the goal. There's no creative player in midfield except Pogba who has been average.

Even simple passes are hard for Griez right now.

I'm not liking their full backs support offensively, and Griezmann being disappointing.

This is what happens when you let Paul Pogba have the freedom to play his game. Now imagine Lukaku instead of Giroud. Granted no one on United compares to Mbappe and Kante is better than Matic but I don’t care that’s not my point. Pogba is so good when he’s allowed to be himself. Also I feel like Mou has made Pogba better defensively. His effort this game is so much better than most.

While not convinced by what I'm seeing, lucky is a trong word.
I believe they should have had a penalty early (never saw a replay though) and both teams had one scoring chance.
A bi of luck in the deflection sure, but it's not scandalous they're ahead.
