Chase has played a couple games on the Griffins recent 6 game road trip. It was his first game in GR last night. Seems to fit right in with the boys. Lucky bounce on his goal as he was trying to pass the puck to where Campbell was in the direction towards the front of the net when it hit the Wolves d-man's skate and just happen to beat their goaltender (who was AHL player of the week last week) and into the net.

Game was horribly officiated on Sunday I do agree with you there. The hit on Zadina's was clean. He was hit on the shoulder not a head shot. 3 Admirals were waiting for him to cross the blue line and the one player lined him up good. Hicketts though it was a dirty hit as his view was obstructed and he went after the ref and the ref had enough of his complaining. I had a nice view of the check from upper lever center ice where my seats are located.

I think they may let Hronek go to the WCs and have him dedicate himself to getting stronger. I think he has Graduated from prospect status. If he adds another 10-15 lbs of muscle (mostly lower body), he will be much more effective.
Dedicating the summer to conditioning seems to have benefited Bert.

Are Hirose and Kuffner ineligible to play for the Griffs? I know that they allow juniors who have been eliminated from the playoffs join farm teams for the playoffs.
