EDIT: BTW, am I one of the few GMs in these games who, if I'm not overly familiar with the team I'm managing, reaches out at the beginning of the game to a GM that knows my team?

You didn't even mention trading the selke caliber third line center that is pivotal to stopping Thornton, Getzlaf, and Kopitar.
I'm interested to see a Non-Canuck fan take Vancouver. It's been myself, TourettesGuy and King Canuck so far. All familiar with the team.
