Will listen to offers on most pieces with the exception of Boeser, Pettersson, Hughes and our 1st round pick .
Talks heating up for Petry and Byron, might be your last call to make an offer...
are always around day or night rain or shine.
Nobody is untouchable save for McDavid for realism purposes (but still try, it's fun).
Draisaitl can go for a D or W.
Let's have some fun folks.
Jeff Petry has been traded pending the waive of his LNTC.
Talks are ongoing when it comes to Tatar and Byron.
To Nashville: Matt Duchene
To Ottawa: Eeli Tolvanen + NSH 1st 2019 + NSH 2nd 2019
We would like to wish Matt the best in Nashville. We're sad it didn't work out for him in Ottawa, but we knew we needed to maximize assets heading into a re-tool. We're thrilled to add a blue chip prospect like Tolvanen, which takes (a little bit of) the sting out out of not owning our 2019 1st round pick. We're also happy to add draft picks to continue re-stocking the pipeline of youth that has been built up over the last few years.
Trade Alert!
Jonathan Quick
Carter Hutton
Brandon Guhle
2019 1st (SJS)
Matt Moulson
2019 4th (BUF)
The first move in the Kings rebuild adds a 1st rounder, solid prospect in Guhle, and a potential replacement starter. Best of luck to Quick on the Sabres.
Waive :
Karl Alzner
David Schlemko
Nicolas Deslauriers
UPDATE
Still waiting on a couple answers regarding Tomas Tatar and we still believe that he will be the next to go. Not too late to send your offer.
Leaning towards keeping our assistant captain Paul Byron unless we can get a 2019 1st or equivalent D prospect back.
Andrew Shaw is still in play with the possibility of retaining 50% of his salary. With that being said, if we retain that much, the value has to be there as we don’t need the cap space.
Nikita Scherbak available for the best pick or prospect possible.
Tomas Plekanec and Jordie Benn can go to a playoffs team looking for veteran depth.
